Note: Orders containing more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time, depending on the specific item.

Prior to shipment, we check the item thoroughly. Today, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

We are not able to control the inventory in our warehouse or factory. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when the order is placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order after 30 days since you purchased it.

For your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be in the original package.
